MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION
Capital Association of Culture and Sport HALS, represented by the three persons Board.
The Association is run on the basis of creative, social work of its members and is directed mainly to the general community with a special focus on children and adolescents including the disabled members of these communities. The Association unites in its ranks people from many youth and students organizations. These individuals through the use of their experience in the field of managing culture and sport promote them through various activities in different spheres.
